Pastor Sue will teach a five week course starting Sunday, October 10. The class will meet on Zoom at 6:30 for five Sunday nights, using Words of Life: Jesus and the Promise of the Ten Commandments Today, by Adam Hamilton. A group that writes special notes and letters to our church family.
Our first class is Wednesday, October 13, 10 a.m. Using Jesus in Me by Anne Graham Lotz, we will be discussing Part 1, the Person of the Holy Spirit, p. 3-43. Some of the topics in the book include His purpose, His presence throughout all times, His power and His precepts. Youth group will meet in person one week per month.
All hands on deck during a church work day. We will be doing some Fall cleaning around the grounds and church. Work starts at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, Nov.6 Bring tools if you have them.
The crocheting/knitting group meets monthly on the second Thursday to make shawls, lap robes and baby blankets and hats filled with prayers that are gifted to comfort members of our church family, the community and the Babies in Need program.
